EZPro Realty was a product I had originally been hired to product but did not complete as the developer owner decided to take the project in house. I wanted it known that I was the original developer of the first beta version which did not work. My products are not the same as the EZPro Realty component I was hired to build so I’m not part of that project anymore.

Hey Mike here;
I decided that since I could not really get a reliable hosting company in romania I decided to go ahead and launch my site in the United States.
Basically I’ll be writing about various programming efforts I come up with and various ideas I have for programs that I discuss with others in order to help people understand more about PHP and MySQL.
Since I have experience in many open source applications I will also dedicate entire sections toward those applications. Applications like Joomla, OpenRealty, EZPro Realty, WordPress and Drupal to name a few.
I would like to end this very first post by thanking the professionalism of Chad and Jared at EZPro Realty for giving me credit for some of the things I’ve helped out with. Even though I really didn’t complete any projects in their entirety, they did have the common courtesy to mention of my trivial efforts. I look toward working with other outstanding characters like Chad and Jared as I pursue my programming career. Thank you Chad and Jared for you genius and guidance. You are like the parents or brothers I never had. I have learned a lot from you and will forever be in your shadows.
