WP Realty Clone but Better

Hey I just wanted everyone to know that I took the code I originally built for Jared Ritchey and decided to build my own to sell.

I launched a new site and if anyone is interested you can certainly pay me to set one up for you.  The fee is $599 for standard setup and $2,200 for one with the MLS.

Although its not as good as the WP Realty plugin, I did start their original product before they fired me and in a few months I’ll have my new plugin working better than theirs.

Dana's Twin Brother

This is a picture of Dana’s twin brother.  This photo isnt so good.  He has suffered some health problems working in the Romanian Plastic and Rubber mines.  Most people don’t know this but you can mine plastic and rubber from any dump site and recycle it for cash.

This next picture is of my best friend Duchey and his friend Gustav Lensky showing me a martial arts technique for subduing a man.

He says that this technique is called the “wax candle” technique which uses pressure points in the back of a person to make them not fight.  I’ve never done this but I’m going to try on my dad later tonight because he is smaller than me so I wont likely break my head.

Anyway these guys are dangerous. Gustav use to be a member of the feared Romanian castle guards where prince Vlad use to rule from. They are very well trained in martial arts. Tony is a part time karate instructor when on work release from prison.

Next we have a picture of me at my programming school.  This is me with my instructor Mr. Harpo at the Romanian University of Social Studies.  We have been good friends for a very long time.  I’m glad to know the guy, he is a great teacher.

Well it seems more people are wanting me to break into servers around the nation as I’ve gotten about 10 requests this week alone.  I’m not sure how anyone knew that I do this but I dont appreciate spreading rumors about my uploading viruses to peoples computers.  I haven’t done this for more than a year when I was first learning to be a programmer in C++

Also hacking is illegal and i’d like to say that I dont want to go down that road, (unless the pay is good) but I will still crack peoples Zend Encoded and IonCube encoded software if you like. I’m well versed in cracking encrypted code and would be happy to look at your project.

I learn today that Paul Bouchard of Oakdale, New York is on attack to Chad and Jared again after trying to steal their code.  Paul Bouchard claims that my code was a copy of his CMS Realty which I promise my code was 11KB when done and I used CURL. What is funny is that no one asked me about EZPro Realty when I could have easily shared my code to show them it had nothing from CMS Realty in it.  Paul is just a little liar trying to save his failing marriage and carreer from ending.

I was the original developer for the EZPro Realty component and it sound to me that Paul Bouchard is very jealous and vindictive man.  I think I’ll write free addons for all his commercial ones and give them away because he seems to think that is ethical so I do it too. NOT, I wont do that because I actually want people to like me.

I know this much is true because I have had some of his former clients tell me he is a liar and thief.  I say no one should do business with Paul Bouchard.

It is in your best interest to learn not to do business with Paul Bouchard at all because he is unethical and could have a mental illness.  I’m off to seaside to meet my family.

On Other Notes

I have to go to work but when I return I’ll be adding a new section for free opensource code for people to use. I’m also available for hire if anyone is interested.  I’m a fully qualified self learned programmer with years of experience.

For a long time I’ve been programming for OpenRealty customers and I think I’m going to call it quits.  I can get no respect as an artist in my craft of programming from such people as those who use OpenRealty.

I was the original developer of WP Realty until they decided to take the project from me again.  These fools have not clue how business works. If I develop something for you it doesn’t mean its yours. I’m free to make as much money off of it as I want. I can resell it to anyone even if you pay for its development. Thats how business works and these guys at OpenRealty and EZPro Realty apparently don’t get it.

Until I actually transfer rights to you then you are not the owner of a script or program I write. Besides, why would I give you the script for a few hundred or a few thousand when companies like Microsoft would never give you the rights to Windows even though you paid for it.

Bad business people hurt this industry.
